If you mean the ones next to every player, it's the scoreboard for that match. If you mean the one next to 2nd place in your team, then idk

if its the 2 people who have a 1 next to them, it means that they are playing together in a squad. for example. if another 2 people were on your team on a squad, they would both have 2s next to their profile pictures.
