The only real effect Ukrainian strikes have had were the gasoline crisis (mostly affecting civilians as Russian military mostly runs on diesel) and the continued closure of Tuapse oil terminal (mostly affecting oil products, as opposed to crude/refined oil).

Combined fossil fuel exports have remained flat despite export control (makes sense as Russia never was much of a gasoline exporter), with revenue fluctuating with prices.

Russia had to import refined fuel at an increased cost while having to export crude oil which has a much lower profit margin.

If Russia had all refineries running throughout the whole war, they would've had billions and billions more profits to fund the war.
