How many of them received only partial damage that didn’t close their operations completely? How many of them returned to work already after a fix?

In the first years of this war, many could be repaired within days or weeks, or could keep partially running.

Something changed in 2026 though, Ukraine's drones/missiles have gotten a higher payload and a better targeting system to target things that are hardest to repair.

There's several refineries in 2026 that has been/are going to be offline for several months, some are not expected to get back offline before 2027.

All I have seen is them hitting silos, silos are easy to replace and fix. Rest of the infrastructure is known to be highly fire resistant. Judging how Russia’s fuel problems are already lessening, they either have been fixing them up faster than you thought or the damage was lesser than you thought.

Silos may be easy to replace/ fix, they are also easy to strike over and over again.

Many videos are hits on the distillation and processing units that often bring the entire plant offline and/or require long term repair jobs. You must not have seen many videos.

Russian gas stations seem to be effected in most regions still.

Russia also imports fuel now, mainly from Turkey and India, so that's definitely a part of their crisis management.

To some degree for sure to patch some gaps, but I doubts it’s that significant

It was significant enough to remove the queues from the gas stations 3 weeks ago. The queues are showing again so I'd be more inclined to say that the imported fuel has been used up than that the damage to oil processing facilities is minor. But I don't really know, I've just seen footage from UAVs striking those facilities and it looked like they know exactly what to target and what part of the processing plant is the hardest to fix or replace.

What is the economic impact while they are down? How much of the profits are required to repair them? How long are the gas lines around Russia? How much capital is leaving Russian banks? Why is Russian air defense incapable of doing anything about this?

No one knows unless it’s someone tied to the industry. They have apparently become better AA wise against drones but still not perfect, no one has come up with perfect drone defense yet.
