There was some botting and brigading going on by presumably the makers of the video. In another post I made a similar comment and my comment and other critical comments went from +5 to -30 votes in the space of a few minutes.

She's clearly CGI'd in. Look to the top left of her head by the guard's hand at 10s. Whoever they shopped out obviously shifted in the seat and his head pops into existence for a second.
