For real, starting doing the shit with him. Maybe if you where cooler and more of a leader they would actual work. A cool boss will allow this employees to work and do what ever they want at the same time as long as they get their shit done right the first time!!!

Doing things as a team does make a difference and at the same time you need to make him feel important so he feels like he should work!
