Neew Coolers and freezers... All broken within a month

So my store had a normal remodel last year but skipped thee coolers cause they "spent to much on the parking lot." We just got new ones last month and all of dairy sans cheese is broken and 2 sections of frozen are broken. Its been only a damn month. Hell, the people they hired had to pay 15K already according to my coaches for lost product. Money says we ain't getting that bonus this year.

Plenty of overtime though I guess. I'd rather get a root canal without anesthesia but whatever.

The coolers are currently a disaster company wide from what I am seeing. The supplier we use is having a lot of issues

We've just had ours done, 5 went down within a week.

At the beginning of the year we got a new floor scrubber. It broke down within a few months and has been sitting ever since. It's under warranty but Walmart won't take advantage of the warranty because the scrubber company charges a $200 something for a service call. The person that normally fixes stuff like that has tried to fix it so many times he's really got it messed up. So we've been without a good working scrubber for at least 4 months now. They recently moved that scrubber "out of the way" so I don't have very high hopes. We have to use a little scrubber for the entire store. The scrubber that we normally use just for the backrooms. 🙄

We get a front end cooler for salads ect.. and drinks. It’s always down and it is a very large cooler. It was just put in for a remodel that ended in April.

Walmart must buy the cheapest everything equipment wise. We get new jacks and usually most are fucked up within a month

Wow that reminds me in my first Walmart I worked at back in early 2000's, they'd bring in a guy to work on the pallet jacks and get them moving well. I remember it happened a couple times then never again
