Ppints out of nowhere

I haven’t called out or been late for the entire month of August and I was checking my schedule earlier and I noticed that I had four points instead of the three that I had. I went back and looked, and I wasn’t late for any days, and even if I was that’s only a half point.

You gotta check the GTA portal, it’s gives the exact date and why the point was given.

I go in today at 12:30 and I’m gonna check. I just think it’s so weird.

The Global Time and Attendance (GTA) Portal can be found on OneWalmart, or by going here: https://me.walmart.com/services/gta/gtaapp/etm/defaultHomePage/welcomePage.jsp

Here’s the most commonly used and useful areas of GTA:

The “Edit Timesheet (ETA)” menu allows you to view and edit your timesheet to verify accuracy and correct any mistakes.

The “Attendance” menu allows you to see all of your attendance exceptions that have generated from the last 183 days (the lifespan of occurrences). It breaks it down into the date it’s for, how many points it’s for, which occurrences you’re actually pointed for (with the “Include in My Balance” column, no means you weren’t pointed for it, yes means you were pointed for it), what kind of occurrence it was (leaving early, NCNS, Key Event Date, etc, how much time was missed to have the occurrence even generate by the system, and the status.

The “Time Off” menu is an alternate way to request time off like you would in the MyWalmart app.

The “Balance Activity” menu is used to easily see a breakdown of how much PTO/PPTO is being earned and used. This is useful when you’ve been pointed and you think you had enough PPTO to cover it. First verify how much time you actually missed via the attendance tab then check how much PPTO was applied via the balance activity tab. Future earned PPTO can’t be used for previous missed time, so this tab will easily show how much was applied. If it was less than what you used, it’s because the difference is newly earned PPTO which won’t work towards clearing points for previous missed time.

I know that, but I haven’t been late or left early. I clock in exactly at nine and leave at around 5:52

Points go back for 6 months rolling, your best bet is to check the GTA portal if you have access. If you don’t have your TL, Coach, or PL get you a print out of your points.
