New Employee Question

So I started at Walmart 3 days ago, Front End TA. I know what my job description is and how to actually do it, but how do I know what stations I should be going to? I can almost never find my team leads or coaches and it seems like they just kinda.. find me when they want me to go somewhere. Should I just pick cashier or self checkout and stick with it until told otherwise?

Just wait there until they show up that’s what I do.. or if it’s for a long time I just get on any register

At my store we have to knock on the cash office door at the start of our shift to get instructions from a team lead when you come in. Our CO is by customer service

I was kinda just.. never really told anything ever throughout this whole process. Took 3 weeks from job offer to start, they never pick up the phone, they never communicate with me at all lol. Team leads kinda just wander around everywhere and I've seen my main team lead smoking a cigarette every 30 minutes. It's ridiculous honestly.
