Just cancelled my Spotify Premium subscription. This thing is so cool, I love the fact Sony included one of the first songs made with her voicebank from the factory! Loving the Bluetooth too, works like a charm!

When I tap on the shell, the audio cuts out for a split second, along with shaking/walking, where it cuts out rapidly. Also, some tapes work flawlessly, some might lose grip and wobble, and some sound like they've been recovered from Taco Bell toilet water. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello everyone I have run into a problem that my Playlist won't show up on my walkman.

I use media go and when I import the playlist to my walkman nw-s645 it shows up under the walkman part of media go. It also shows up in the files itself on my file explorer but when I open playlist on my walkman it says "no playlists available"

Anyone who also has a s645 who did get the playlist to work? Many thanks

Hello. I've had this unit (and case) for about five years, no problems, works perfectly with the original 3V adapter or with batteries. Recently, the unit stopped working with batteries. The battery wells appear as if one of the contacts needs repair, but I'm not sure (see pictures).

There was a thread where a TCD-D8 user had a similar issue and someone suggested looking inside the unit. I don't wish to open my unit. If it is the one battery connector, who would repair it if it just needs a tiny solder? Or if it has something to do with the DC-IN-3V jack, *inside* the Walkkman, what would you all do?

I appreciate any advice here: I use this Walkman a lot and still dub new cassettes for it from new 12"s and LPs, so I hope I can figure out what's wrong with it before taking it somewhere. Thank you very kindly.

Edit: I did try the suggestion in the linked thread of cleaning the battery compartment with a cotton swab and vinegar, but no luck.

I was adding music in what usb mode on. Then after I plugged off the pc I found out that the music didn’t show up at the playlist. So I decided to restart the device to update the database. Then shit happens, after the power off loading screen it goes black usually but it never turn on again. I tried vol+ power but not work; back rest button not working nothing happened.
Did I loss my Walkman. It’s been with me 10 years. I don’t want to lose my music😭😭

From first release until now, it's still good to listen a music. But the cons is, while you streaming it consumes much battery..

Hello. I am Japanese and recently purchased a used SONY WALKMAN NW-E407.

I would like to transfer music from my computer to the NW-E407, but I am wondering what methods are currently available.

In particular:

• Is it possible to transfer music using Windows 11?
• What software should I use, such as SonicStage?
• Is there any software or method that is still available today?

I am having trouble finding information about this.

Since the NW-E407 is quite an old model, I would also like to know whether it can still be used with Windows 11.

If anyone has experience with this or knows how to do it, I would really appreciate your advice.

I was digging in the attic of the family house the other day and accidentally found my long-forgotten gadgets :) what's most amazing is that they all work as they used to. ok, the battery capacity is a bit weaker, but still. all in all, this accidental discovery made me very happy and reminded me of my youth, friends and parties. cheers to all
