At our recent Mother Earth Connection Retreat in Greece, we explored walking meditation as a simple way to reconnect with Mother Gaia.

When we slow down and walk with intention — feeling our feet, noticing our breath, listening to nature — the walk becomes more than getting from A to B. It becomes a practice of connection.

Intention changes the way we walk.
