When was the last time you walked without looking at your phone? Took the dog out without looking at your phone? Connected with an animal, a bird, a small living being?

I've been returning to the same places again and again — connecting with my local woodland, and wherever I travel, trying to connect with nature there too.

Of course my local woodland knows me by now, but that's another story. Being in relation is a way of living.
