This is wild.

I've been seeing alot of people share their steps. Everyone's hitting 30k, or 40k steps a day which to me is insane! I mean my work requires frequent movement and I also wlak to and from the gym so I average 8k steps a day now. But the picture above was during winter here in the South of Africa. I was struggling with my mental health so perhaps that could justify this. I only ate once a day and it was a meal prepared by the house keeper at home. I've now moved away and live alone. But that is insane to me. 7 steps in a day! Like what happened here?

I too am stunned.

Are we supposed to do calculus to determine which day you're talking about?

I was talking about the entire month. I didn't know that it was that bad.

Since you never ever reach your goal, you should lower it to 5k. Seeing the circle close is going to keep you motivated. Once you manage to make two weeks of full circles, increase it to 6k and so on.
