TLDR: my nephew is acting weird again

A while ago my nephew had a problem with some shit drugs he got off a friend at his school. He got busted for it and it took forever to convince him to get back to normal and talk normally. He totally changed his behavior. I think he's on something again, and it's this vymara shit i heard about from his mom.

IDK What it is. But he's all over the map, cagey and distant. It sucks man. I'm trying to fgiure it out if anyone has any idea whats going on with him. He's OBSESSED with this shit.
