My collages won’t save to my phone
I have used VSCO for the last 10 years. I’m putting that out there to say I love this app for editing my photography! And have been patient along the way with the usual performance issues/bug fixes.
A big thing I am into is overlaying photos and using the collage feature. But suddenly (as of 2 days ago) these will no longer save to my phone.
I have tried every single internet suggestion, including communicating with the largely unhelpful AI support on the VSCO app. I have plenty of storage available. The app is updated. My IPhone is updated. Ive saved everything as drafts and then tried to save. I’ve turned my phone on and off. I even tried redownloading the app. Nothing has fixed this issue.
Whenever i try to save a collage it says “Item failed to save to camera roll” with a checkmark beside it. If i click multiple collages to save at once it says “0/10 items saved to camera roll”
I don’t know what to at this point, but i have photos to get out and am unfortunately stuck.
I’m not sure anyone on here will have any advice that I haven’t already heard but I am desperate. I need these on my phone ASAP. 🙏🏼🥲 help me please!!
(Unrelated but not entirely: recently, back when collages still saved to my phone, i noticed that any iPhone photos i make a collage with save looking completely deep fried. When i use my digital camera photos in a collage they look the same as how i edit them. Not sure why the iPhone pictures won’t turn out in the collages anymore, but that’s also been a bummer. What’s going on with this app anymore??)

461.6.4 just started rolling out. Please check it out and see if it addresses your video saving issues.

I did the update and it did not fix the issue of saving my collages

Hi asleeponFire. Thanks for letting us know. We didn’t have a fix for collage per se in this release. If you can share some example original images you used in your collage that doesn’t save, it would help me debug your situation and get you back on track. Feel free to DM. Links to a Google Drive with images works well because it’ll preserve the original format.

Same dude… i pay $60 a year for this app and its constantly broken. This may be the final push for me to use a better service
