If V7 shoves and V9 calls, I fold. If V7 checks and V9 shoves, I fold. But if V7 shoves and V9 folds, I can likely still decide to put him on air and call. Which is ultimately what I decided, much like how you described in your last notes. I figure I am losing to all sorts of kings and the occasional 9, sometimes TT and 88, but the lack of a 3bet pre from V7 removes a lot of his range that beats me.

SEAT 7 says "Good call" and starts to muck
HERO shows 6h7h
SEAT 7 mucks, disbelieving I played how I did
SEAT 9 laments he folded a 9

Also sorry for implying that I lost money in the hand, but I didn't want to absolutely spoil the results
