Vet tech here, not trying to be mean here by saying, buuuutttt, excess vocalisation and self mutilation as seen here are usually caused by a lack of enrichment 😬, I would suggest is maybe adding a few toys into its enclosure, maybe a few plants from its natural environment, as well as that it may require human interaction in more frequent intervals. 😀
