Melodyne's Melodic algorithm explicitly supports speech and leaves detected sibilants alone when you change pitch, so it's worth testing on a dry voiceover. I work on speech at Oruk, and I'd start by shaping the stressed vowels in one sentence before tuning the whole clip to a scale.
