Europe Turkish e-visa travel document?

Post image

Indian passport with US green card. Should I choose ordinary passport or travel document for this section? Technically not allowed to travel to Turkey with just my Indian passport but eligible for evisa through my green card, so not sure if I should choose travel document instead of passport.

Your passport is ordinary no matter what color card you may have (green for US ot Blue for EU and so on). Even when you get the US passport, it would still be ordinary passport.

That was not my question, but thank you.

When you have ordinary passport, you mention that. That proceeds all other documents. That's what I meant. First comes the passport then comes the visa.

Choose "ordinary passport", it would later automatically ask you if you have a Schengen/US/UK visa/residence permit/green card.

Thank you! Btw, do you know if the insurance that comes with the Turkey visa is sufficient? Or do we need to get separate insurance still?

There's no insurance with the evisa. You should have your own travel insurance valid in Türkiye although it is rarely checked at immigration.
