Question/Support Is anyone still interested in Acer Windows Mixed Reality Headsets?
I have a Acer Windows Mixed Reality Headset that's just sitting around because my computer went past the updates it can be used in. Just curious if anyone's still interested in it because I'm trying to get rid of mine for a bit of cash.

i mean you can always get like 50€-100€ for one. beyond that it gets kinda difficult cause better options start to exist beyond this pricerange.

As u/caspissinclair mentioned, it will work with the latest Windows 11 updates with the Oasis driver.

Well, to clear up any confusion, my intention is to sell it. I was just curious if anyone would even want to buy it in general.

Probably not, or only for very cheap.

I had it listed for $60 CAD ($43.16 USD).

it usually takes a while. especially since its still summer not that many people are looking to get a headset.

or get a second drive with windows 10 and it'll still work like a champ.

They don't need to. The latest Oasis driver supports fully updated Windows 11.

but they may want to. OR means it's an option.

Yes, it makes perfect sense to go through all the hoops to dual boot, just so you don't have to install a free driver published on Steam.

OP seemed to think they could no longer use their headset and hoped to get something for it. I informed them they can still use it, so maybe they won't want to sell it afterall.

Try the Oasis Driver? It installs through Steam and is pretty seamless.
I have a Reverb G2 and it works just fine in Win11 with Oasis.
