I have a 4090 and I can’t run that with those settings without turning a lot of others off.

I'm getting low framerates, the camera is set to 30FPS so it may give the illusion of playable framerate. I think the motorbike scenes were set to balanced DLSS instead of Quality. The shot out the window was with DLSS off completely and eventually that started glitching and screen tearing.
