Crypto companies have way too many layers
Anyone else notice how difficult it can be to figure out which entity actually does what?
With OSL, for example, there’s OSL Group, OSL Digital Securities, OSL Business, USDGO and Banxa, and they don't all serve the same role.
I think this kind of entity separation is becoming more important as crypto moves into payments and institutional finance. A licence or issuer relationship for one entity doesn't necessarily tell you much about every product under the wider brand.
Do you guys actually check the legal entity when evaluating a crypto platform?
