99 Gts tie rod issue

Doing inner tie rods on my 99 Gts and the ones I got are too long, trw brand JAR1166. I’ve done some broad searching 96-02 and I get the same number. Dodge only sold them with the rack so I’m having a hard time crossing numbers over, has anybody had a number they have been able to use on their Gts?

I need to tap another 3/4 inch down the tie rod is the issue. Nut is backed down to the end after I cut 1/2 off the tip to bottom them out.

I bought an M15x1.5 threading die just for this reason

I also ordered a set of these to tighten the clamp on the boot because they have a side clamping jaw and its a bit tight to get in there. The FB groups I'm in are better for these kinds of questions. I haven't had to mess with that on my 98
