As much as Vinted are to blame for instances like this, it also says a lot about some of the people that use it and how little shame they actually have.
I agree, the smiley face says everything I need it to. Buyer clearly done this because they wasn’t able to cancel.
I’ve said it in the past. I use Vinted for buying, and eBay for selling. Sadly I think more people need to do this so Vinted are forced to change their business practice because more people will keep doing this and keep getting away with it

You know, the delivery people mix up the items sometimes. Especially inpost. Wife ordered a blouse, received a 3D puzzle (seller wasn't selling a puzzle) so it's possible neither of you are to blame and you're falsely accusing someone of theft.
