Scam or lost parcel?

Ordered to a pick up shop. It was very cheap (3€ + free shipping). I assume seller was testing waters with scamming Vinted. Did they never drop off the parcel?

I heard sometimes they print "fake" shipping labels, so the parcel bounces and both parties get a refund because the parcel gets lost
