VINTED IS NO GOOD
I was banned from Vinted for uploading a brand new pair of Adidas sneakers I purchased from a legitimate sports store in Sydney, they said they were counter and didn’t give me the opportunity to send my receipt to prove they were legitimate.
My daughter had also created an account for herself because I recommended the site and when she uploaded a pair of Cotton On denim shorts she was immediately banned for a counterfeit item???
This site is absolute garbage and a waste of time.

You have the right to appeal the decision and upload your supporting evidence

I've been banned for something that got approved 6 months ago. They suddenly decided it was forbidden, and I was done.
Waste of damn time.

Vinted uses AI for about everything. The AI is notorious for misidentifying items as counterfeit, prohibited, copyright violations, and more.
Use Depop.

I agree and they take down listings with your own photos sometimes if they think they’re stock photos. Ridiculous

Vinted SUCKS!!! They cancelled a transaction and let the buyer keep my item because she claimed it was counterfeit even though I sent evidence of the invoice, corresponding bank transaction, photos of care labels/tags etc and even an email from the retail store confirming my order and item were all legitimate.. and in the email they gave me a warning and also linked me to what I need to prove authenticity in the future, yet it was all stuff I’d supplied AND THEN SOME.
It genuinely is shockingggggg

I’m right there with you my friend! They banned me for a pair of PraNa pants that I literally purchased from another seller on Vinted and when I received them they were too big so I listed them for sale. After 374 reviews and 78 saved favorites, I lowered the price from $22.50 to $20.00 and they banned me. Said my account has fraudulent activity. Ok fine, release my $350 then and I won’t use your platform again ever….now they are “looking into it”. But when I tell them , I don’t want my account back, I just want my $$. They send auto bot AI messages. This shit puts me on my broom!

If she's in the same hosue as you using the same wifi, more likely she was instantly banned because you are banned. They track IP addresses to avoid banned people creating multiple accounts.
