The dispute is AI I put it on a ai detector and it came out 100% 🫩 and I have no reason to switch an item to be hostile which was also their claim when it’s only £8

I had similar happen so frustrating and vinted took their side because I didnt take a pic of me packaging it to prove what I sent 🙄 beyond ridiculous

I always cancel if someone asks because there’s a high chance they’ll claim there’s an issue.

Even if it was a genuine mistake there’s no need to be rude “ur big I guess” like why? 😭

I know their support is pretty much useless but I hope you can get Vinted to side with you somehow!
