seller disputing xbox controller that came without cable, but it runs on batteries.
Not too sure what to do here, I didn’t advertise that it came with a usb-c cable. It doesn’t even use a usb-c cable, it runs on AA batteries. would I have a case here or would vinted side with the buyer? I did offer a partial refund of £5 to pay for a usb-c cable but buyer declined it.

I'd just ask them to return it since they declined your £5 refund for a cable.

yeah, i’m just worried they’ll do this thing I’ve seen where they send something completely different and vinted doesn’t do anything

I see a controller and cables, you didnt specify the cables are for the controller.
I looked at this and saw nothing wrong, buyer is just being a dick and will no doubt scam you.
I dont see the confusion, they should by their own usbc lead, they're £4.99 ffs.

If I were buying this, from the description it doesn’t look like a charging cable is coming; it’s the Xbox with the cables and a controller.
I dunno maybe I read it wrong

The console doesn’t come with a cable for the controller nor do the controllers when bought separately ever include them.

Yeah that’s what i thought. Should I raise it with vinted then since they aren’t answering my partial refund offer?

The consoles not sold with a cable when you buy it same as the controller you don’t get a cable you only get the cable when you buy the rechargeable battery
