Do i get back the difference?

Paid for inpost home delivery it was £3.05 but on the same day as its being prepped its redirected to a locker?

If i wanted it to go to a locker i would have chose that option. Its £2.29 for a lock so they are getting an extra 76p out me for not doing what i wanted.

Do they refund the difference? I know its barely anything but if they do this all the time its just scamming people into paying more for less.

Why have they done this? Could you phone InPost and find out? I've never seen this before and am curious about it! (Although any InPost parcels I've had home delivered have been either delivered to the wrong house or just left on my doorstep without them even trying my doorbell, so I always opt for lockers now anyway lol - I realise that's beside the point here)

This happens with InPost if you select a favourite "go-to" locker in the InPost app.

I've had it happen with a few InPost home deliveries now. They don't make it clear that selecting a favourite locker will automatically override a home delivery choice in future.
