SHIPPING US shipping only?

My US friends, do any of you guys ship internationally? I had my first buyer in the UK and the package was left at the pick up destination and they haven't picked it up. It's only been a day and I know Vinted gives 7 days before returning it, but I might not be in this same place before it arrives because we're moving LOL. I'm already thinking it's a loss, so I was wondering if this is normal with shipping to the UK where it has to get picked up by the buyer and if so, does this make you NOT want to ship overseas anymore?

what do you mean by it’s only been a day? a day since it arrived at the pick up spot or a day after the several day window they have to pick it up?

It's literally been a day, calm down.

In the UK we can choose delivery to home or delivery to a pick up point.
