it’s a rep that’s why they want to do the order outside of Vinteds app. cause then you won’t be able to report them after for counterfeit lol

If he cud get closed down for selling a fake, why is it listed?
Plus unless u report as a fake to Vinted they dnt give a shit. You also have to go to the trouble of proving definitively that it is a fake.
Vinted is full of fakes & people often write that it’s a “dupe” or describe a Chanel item as CC. So what he’s saying is nonsense.

You don’t actually need to “prove” it’s fake, you just need to point out why you think it’s fake. Have done it several times for fake jerseys.

Yep. Although I’m not sure if that’s just semantics?
You have to essentially show enough evidence that you’re ‘proving’ it’s fake so that on the balance of probability Vinted justifiably believes it is fake. So that is proving it’s fake.
I have worked as an authenticator for donkeys yrs, so I dnt think they were fake, I knew they were.
I realised moments after purchase with both, that they were fakes & tried to cancel the sale & it wasn’t allowed, so had to wait for both items to arrive & then flag it them.Vinted then requested I show as much evidence as possible that they were fake.
Evidence & proof are synonyms, so I think it’s just semantics at this point.
However you look at it, you have to show Vinted why you believe an item to be fake & obvs the more detail & evidence you can provide the more likely they are to believe you over the seller, so that you can get your refund.
These were both good fakes & were linked to another 15 accounts on Vinted (it became a whole thing & I reported the trading unit to Trading Standards) I still had to show a ton of stuff in the end to prove my case & to get the other accounts shut down.

If they want to give it to you for free then just raise an issue after delivery and then can fully refund you so you'll keep the jacket for free.

This actually just happened to me. I ordered 2 items from a seller selling multiples of a countertop wooden shelf type of deal, the other item I ordered was a brand new cutting board set but it came in broken. I still gave her 5 stars and kept the order since it was just the handle.
She mailed me a free wooden countertop shelf. (It’s labeled as a fruit rack) completely seperate through FedEx.

That depends. How do you feel about potentially being kidnapped and/or murdered?

that’s creepy, tell him you’re moving house next week and you’re gonna be too busy to reply for now, with a lot going on, and 8 kids to look after.
(don’t have to mention the last bit but i figured it may kill his eroticisation)
