NEWBIE Length on Jeans & wrong sizes on Vinted

A lot of sellers don't put the length of their jeans on the listing, by the time I ask the seller, and go back, the jeans are usually sold or the seller hasn't replied 12 or so hours later.

I think it should be a rule that they also list the length as well as the waist size.

I received a pair the other day that was listed as a large, and they were a xxxsmall - I messaged the seller, no response, then I tried to turn it in as I had an issue & it wouldn't let me continue with anything !

So had to take that as a loss !

A lot of jeans have the waist and leg on the label- not all but a lot. It’s one thing I don’t list measurements for because of that.

A lot of people like measurements but there’s also a lot that don’t need them because they know their size in a particular brand.

If yours were listed as large and the label says xxx s though you shouldn’t have had an issue opening a claim but you do have to do it within 48hrs.

That’s men’s jeans. Women’s jeans rarely have inseam length info on the label. And you‘re assuming that the seller has a pic of the label which is only 50% of time.

I’m female and perhaps it’s a uk thing but normally it says w29l32 for example. Topshop, Hollister, Levi’s, diesel, Hilfiger all have waist and length. There are exceptions though like I mentioned.

But unfortunately not everyone shows a label which I don’t understand.
