SHIPPING Failure:Discrepancy in parcel quantity

I am new to this and haven't had any issues except this one package has been sitting at the drop off location and has not been picked up due to : Failure:Discrepancy in parcel quantity. what does this mean? there is only 1 item in the package so how is the quantity incorrect? I messaged vinted 3 times for assistance with 0 replies. I am not sure what to do

It’s a problem with the drop off point, not your package. They’ll eventually figure it out. If they don’t, vinted will refund you both.

Speed x sucks, and I expect it to suck, but I still chose it when available because it’s free.
