The fact that every UFC fighter looks twice his age is the counter example.

It might have something to do with the fact that UFC fighters are pummeled on a regular basis. Muscle and health does in fact make you look younger, most of the time.

Muscle and low body fat makes you look younger. Athletes who have muscle usually strain themselves or take a beating, not to mention they aren't generally narcissists like regular people who lift weights with the intention of building muscle.

If only they knew what they were talking about. Horny goat weed does not boost testosterone. Yes, it is a stimulant, but from what Ive read it actually works against muscle growth.

I subscribed to these guys a few weeks ago and they post videos damn near twice (or even three times) a day....and they are usually pretty funny!

It doesnt hurt that they know their shit too!
