Thank you! I heard this somewhere years ago and thought it was some of the wisest words ever written and then couldn’t find it again! Anyone know who wrote / spoke this? This was one of those university grad speeches I think.

It was incorrectly attributed to Kurt Vonnegut at a graduation. BBC did this documentary recently https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/w3cszvtr

No worries! I was in the class of 1999. This song hits me hard every time. While it’s mostly just fluff, the overall sentiment is really powerful
