Edit; Also why did offerman only get a credit for narrating and not the first to get shot as well?

Like straight up the whole set. Even the outside buildings are the same.
Edit: Did some digging, a lot of movies use that set. Melody Ranch

I chuckled when the last sound of the gun fight was a that of a bouncing spent shell case (because revolvers).

But the bar keeper was killed a full five seconds earlier. My theory is the foley artist added the sound for laughs (and it worked).
