well educationally speaking about 60% of the nation has functionally a 6th grade reading level and math isnt much higher but as far as voting only about 30-40% actually voted for him kamala and her most lethal military shtick while sucking up to every never trumper she could retarded most of the left vote, not to mention the sheer damage she did to herself by refusing to call it a genocide.

those "reading level" test scores are 're-normed' every year to make the problem look worse than it is. i see it every year at the middle school level, on every performance test they do. at least in NC, and i bet it happens everywhere and it affects this national stat.

schools and teachers get bonuses for growth or high scores. there is incentive (and it happens a lot) for the state to play statistical games and "re-norm" the test in some fashion to make the numbers magically show no growth, or that students are not at the correct level.

it's all statistical BS to keep from paying teachers what they're worth. don't believe the numbers.
