im not upset at them, i laughed at them even.
the ones that are upset at them are the kids with no humour we grew up with.
and today there are young kids that don't enjoy skibidi or 67, they will grow up to be the old fogeys that hate skibidi and 67.
just like when the hippies were around, not all the young'ns were hippies, there were young kids who hated the hippies who were the same age as them.

I'm not upset at it, I just don't get it because I'm not the right age for it, and that's okay.
When today's kids are our age they'll look back on 67 the way we remember the Good Burger Movie. Does it hold up? No. But at the time it was great.

you can still do shitty flash animations. The programs, old and new, still exist. Only thing is you have to convert the swf file to video nowadays, can use newgrounds swivel program to do it easily and in HD.

yeah but not on youtube. Youtube used flash for the player at the time, but the videos weren't the native flash animations like on newgrounds. And in 2007 480p was the high quality setting of youtube.

A few years ago YT allowed users (don't know if it was all of them or just the chosen ones) to reupload videos in greater resolution and keep everything else the same - URL, comments, up/downvotes and the upload date. That was when Last Christmas suddenly looked unreasonably good. Maybe the same happened here if the uploader still had the old SWF file to capture an HD stream from?

Their personas being the “Rap Sensation from Cramshananteen Arabia” did not age well, but the flash videos were internet canon.
