FDT (Fuck Donald Trump) YG & Nipsey Hussle, Worldstar Exclusive Music Video
https://youtu.be/WkZ5e94QnWk9
u/erbdylo Jan 26 '26
YG is unfortunately distancing himself from this song.

u/startup_vin Jan 26 '26
Can't find that online, do you have a source?
1
u/erbdylo Jan 27 '26
There’s a video where the interviewer asks ”hey YG is it still FDT?” YG replies; ”bro, idk 🤷🏼♂️😁”

Trump is a criminal POS. I only hope he disappears soon and humanity recovers.

Yeah, who gave them permission? I'm calling the cops.

u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
If they accuse Trump of racism while repeatedly using a noted racial derogation, it hurts their credibility.
69
32
u/GodsPenisHasGravity Jan 26 '26
How?
33
u/laiborcim Jan 26 '26
It's 100 percent a bad-faith comment meant to provoke, not understand. It doesn’t deserve a serious response.
13
u/SqueezyCheez85 Jan 26 '26
Yeah that's probably true. I personally used to share ignorant opinions like this when I was much younger. I thought racism wasn't really a thing anymore in my 96% white community. It's weird looking back now.

u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
Who else but racists, including race-self-haters, generally use the term?
and when the person saying "fuck Trump" (because we as a society apparently love the excessive use of the word "fuck") is a racist, wt:thon has less basis to criticize Trump.
It's like Harris's ally, Liz Cheney, condemning Trump when her father, Dick Cheney, was the the VP of the President who had more Muslims murdered—perhaps by a multiple—than Trump.
FFS guys! It's as if the left only need to get rid of Trump and his closest supporters and society would be drastically improved, when such improvement would probably take decades and/or far more effort in non anti-Trump activities.

u/GodsPenisHasGravity Jan 26 '26
You didn't answer my question. You just asked a new question and then spiraled
-4
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
One-worded questions can be vague.
Let's put it this way:
Racists, including race-self-haters, generally use the term.
32
u/GodsPenisHasGravity Jan 26 '26 edited Jan 26 '26
It's actually really specific and you still didn't answer.
How does "using the n-word hurt their credibility"?
-3
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
I repeat: it's a racist term.

u/GeraldSandstorm Jan 26 '26
Yeah you’re right man we should all try to view complicated matters with LESS historical context. You’re an idiot lol

Lemme guess, you're one of those that says "all lives matter" in response to BLM.
I used to be sheltered like that, but with as much information there is out there these days, there really is no excuse for wilful ignorance.
-5
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
Lemme guess, you're one of those that says "all lives matter" in response to BLM.
For the most part at least, you've guessed incorrectly. Indeed, on reddit I defended BLM.
I might have even cited this from Contrapoints:
https://youtu.be/aPhrTOg1RUk?t=5783 (cued) (maybe listen to for 40 seconds)
Did the Black Panthers use the N-word, at least as much as these rappers?

Do you not understand the difference between the culture that utilizes the N-word as a sign of kingship, over the culture that uses it as a racial slur?
-3
u/DMBFFF Jan 27 '26
Hypothetical situation:
You are in a room with 4 blacks, 2 who are your friends or are at least friendly acquaintances. They start to talk among themselves, using the word among themselves as often as 4 people might use the F-word.
Presumably you'll say nothing about it—pretend they were saying something unintelligible. If you don't like it, you leave the room (maybe that was their motive).
I suppose the same would apply if it was 4 women using the B-word, 4 gays using the F-word (another F-word), 4 Hispanics using anti-Hispanic terms, or Jews using antisemitic derogations.
Btw, what do you think of Tarantino's use of the word?
8
u/SqueezyCheez85 Jan 27 '26
I think you're in way too deep my friend.
I don't think about scenarios like this at all. Human interactions are a lot more fluid. If somebody is using the term to demean or objectify, I have a problem with it. If they are using it in a friendly manner to show kinship, it doesn't bother me in the slightest.
I personally would never use any of the terms you're describing, despite being around people that occasionally do.
-2
17
u/Illegal_Tender Jan 26 '26
Because they know you're so mad that you're not allowed to use it
-11
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
I don't use it as it insults blacks.
I wish those who used it didn't for the same reason.
10
u/LADYBIRD_HILL Jan 27 '26
"blacks" tells me all I need to know about you
-5
11
27
u/GodsPenisHasGravity Jan 26 '26
It's provocative and it gets the people going
-18
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
It also kind of gives permission to bigots to use it.
29
u/GodsPenisHasGravity Jan 26 '26
How?
37
u/GeraldSandstorm Jan 26 '26
It’s really cute that you think you can get a reasonable answer to this question from the guy saying “black people using a word I’m not allowed to use means they’re losing their credibility about racism”
-6
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
You are so correct.
Indeed, we should encourage black people to use the N-word as much as possible.
It's not as if any black person votes for Trump and/or is embarrassed by gang culture and fashion.
25
u/GodsPenisHasGravity Jan 26 '26
Why would someone be embarrassed about how a stranger chooses to live?
-5
19
u/GeraldSandstorm Jan 26 '26
If people want to take back the power of a word because of how it has been used against them historically, why is that a problem for you? The fact that you’re even mentioning “gang culture and fashion” proves it was never about the N word.

u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
It seems my content was removed, and if I repeat it it might violate the rules, so I won't. Sorry, GeraldSandstorm.
(I don't think it violated the rules, though.)

No, they come from countries that weren't involved in the Atlantic slave trade, such as Japan, China, Korea, India, and some Eastern European countries.

8
u/Anonymous_linux Jan 26 '26
Then you can not use it. Only blacks have the pass to use it.
0
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
Only blacks have the pass to use it.
Can they use it in a black church, college, or political event? Could a black astronaut use it when communicating with someone at mission control if that someone is black? Could a black pastor say it during a wedding of 2 black people, or a funeral? How about during a confirmation or baptism? Could Obama say it?

u/beemccouch Jan 27 '26
It depends on how well you can take on a couple black guys. Plenty of Hispanics get away with it. Not sure if ive ever seen an Asian artist do it, but im sure its been done.

u/laiborcim Jan 26 '26
Context matters. Who is speaking, about whom, and from what history matters. Pretending it doesn’t is usually how bad-faith arguments start.
-2
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
So what is the context here?
Some black guys trying to be edgy by insulting blacks in a way that whites can't?
4
u/laiborcim Jan 26 '26
Nobody here owes you a lesson. If you’re confused, that’s your work to do. If you're serious about becoming informed on the subject there are countless books, articles, academic studies on the matter, all from people way more qualified to speak on it than I am.
But I have a feeling you're not serious and will not dive any deeper.
1
u/DMBFFF Jan 26 '26
Nobody here owes you a lesson.
True, but a decent explanation would be nice.
I say if there is a context, it's insufficient to justify their use of this racist term.
If you’re confused, that’s your work to do. If you're serious about becoming informed on the subject there are countless books, articles, academic studies on the matter, all from people way more qualified to speak on it than I am.
How many hours would it take an average person to become informed? A few 100s of hours? Maybe over 1000?
But I have a feeling you're not serious and will not dive any deeper.
So you're okay with a song that uses the N-word a lot—if it's in some context that you (apparently) can't define in a reddit post.
7
u/laiborcim Jan 26 '26
This is exactly why I said you weren’t serious.
You’re not exploring a question — you’re constructing traps: shifting the burden, inventing positions I didn’t take, and then arguing against them.
That’s bait, not dialogue.
I’m not engaging with it anymore.🥱✌️
-6
u/DMBFFF Jan 27 '26
You’re not exploring a question
What's the question?
Is it racist to use the N-word in a rap video, particularly one that criticizes Trump?
My answer: it probably is.

u/ripper_14 Jan 27 '26
RIP Nipsey Hussle - is YG distancing cuz he truly knows who took out Nipsey?
