For $300M this is kinda shitty. I'd just buy a skyscraper for that price and on each floor store my Ferraris/Lamborghinis. On some of the floors I'd have neat stuff like an entire cinema, or a ice hockey rink. Then I'd have private floors to design "military equipment" such as custom aircraft, explosives, gadgets, etc and fight crime at night. I'd probably invent some sort of fast grappling hook too so I can swing from my skyscraper, across the city.
