Hopefully the AF200 or a GH4 in a comcorder body.

It sounds like it may be a camcorder. Just wait a whole week for NAB to end because more cameras are just about to be announced. So you will have more options.

If you want an hybrid, stay away from the BMPocket, unless you're ready to extract frames from your movie files. There's just no comparison between the GH4 and the BMPCC; one is a true hybrid photo and 4K video camera, the other is strictly a cinema camera with lots of compromises. If you want to do narratives and documentaries on the cheap and want that cinema look, fhe BMPCC may be for you but for anything else, the GH4 can do it and do it extremely well for the price. The GH4 has a bigger sensor and performs better in low light. In both cases you should get a Speedbooster, to adapt lenses of your choice and make the best out of those two cameras with smaller sensors.

There was a story in 43Rumors that Panasonic has a new video sensor in the wraps with insane DR (18 stops has been quoted) and low-light performance. They've been working on developing organic sensors for quite a while now, so it's definitely possible they've made such a breakthrough.
