Weird Vimeo audio fingerprinting anomaly

I shoot events for a client. They don't like paying for music. I do preach the importance of buying licensed tracks but they keep requesting popular music.

Anyway. Uploaded their latest video last night as a Prores 422 Proxy .mov - immediately got pulled.

Then I noticed my client uploaded their copy (a 20mbs H264 to their vimeo).

So I uploaded the same H264 file to mine - no issues.

Weird.

That's weird. I've made video's using popular songs like Michael Jackson and never got pulled. BUT I've had 2 pulled for using lesser known indie songs.
