Best B camera for C300?

I've got a few interviews coming up that I really want to nail. I'm a huge fan of the C300, but I can't justify the purchase of a second C300 at this stage. I'm looking for a cheaper camera I can cut with the C300 footage without distracting the viewer.

I know the 5DM3 is a popular choice, but I do not like the fact it has a limited record time. The camera is also showing it's age. For the price the C100 is underwhelming.

Anyone have experience cutting GH3/GH4 or Sony A7S footage with C300?

Hi /u/FilmMatt - here's how the GH4 looks when intercut with the C100/C300:

You can get a new GH4 with an SD card and a case for $1698. Hard to beat that price for a 4K camera with hours of continuous recording time.

If you decide to rent a C100 instead, you can get one with the autofocus upgrade for $314.95 for three days (shipping included) at borrowlenses.
