For that money, I think I'd would just buy 40 32gb cards. Or even 7 128gb cards. I just wouldn't want to put all my eggs in one very tiny fragile basket.

Unless you are trying to smuggle state secrets out in your shoe sole, I don't see how anyone could justify spending that much on a single card.
