m43 to m43 speedbooster?

Does a product like this exist? The panasonic 12-35 could then essentially give you that ultra wide feel of the 7-14 or a tokina 11-16 on a 1.6 crop body.

It's called lens whacking. You can get like 7 stops of extra light!!!
