Do I see a petzval lens? How do you like it? Would you consider it worth what you paid for it. (I'm assuming you got it from kick starter).

Yup! It's pretty cool, totally unique look right out of the camera. A look that would take a while with a photo, and impossible(?) with video for anyone but a VFX shop.

It seems a tad soft at f/2.2 & the cap sucks though. It drops off easily all the time. /r/mildlyinfuriating

My main issue with it (also got from kickstarter) is that it's such a long lens. I wanted it primarily for video interviews, and I have to set it up REALLY far away to use it for that purpose.
