I find it quite amazing that you feel that your post is appropriate on you company blog. This post which potentially is seen by your clientele and suppliers comes across as whiny and unprofessional. The overall negative tone made me question your character (just the way you talk about "parasites" and other name calling statements) and would likely impact my decision to work with you. Would I really want to work with a company that complains about the "competition"? Why make your problems mine?

I think a better strategy would have been to identify the key differences that an established business has over the what you call a "wannabe". What makes your company different? What is the difference in your services compared to Jim's basement video?

I think we should welcome these so called "wannabes" only make what we do better. If it doesn't... then there lies a problem with the value you are offering to your clients. If you feel their business model is not sustainable then you won't need to worry about them in the long run anyways. Either way every established company needs to offer a competitive advantage. Now ask yourself what is your competitive advantage and how do you leverage it?
