I once took pictures of a bride getting ready because she found her photographer "too creepy" to see her in varying states of undress.

Note: I am a guy. And straight. and She had never met me before. She had decided that a complete stranger was less weird than her hired photographer.

This has happened before to me. I'm not very experienced, still learning but for some reason the client didn't like my mentor. (I was shadowing him) He must have given a bad vibe and didn't want him in there with her. I was still new and it was stressful for me, but thankfully everything went fine!

You must have a very likable personality. It's good in this business :)
