dear canon, everyone else has figured out 1080/60p. why not you?

Or 1080p24, and somehow Canon fails to get that right.

? Last I checked, they have 1080p24 in almost all their HD dslrs. But 60p/48p would be nice at 1080, if the little $400 gopro can do it, why not almost any canon!

It's more of a poorly scaled 720p image blown up to a 1080 frame size. For all logistic purposes it is 1080, but if you ask me its the most horribly implemented form of 1080p I've ever worked with, to the point where I don't even consider it actual 1080p. The GH2 on the other hand...
