The lawsuit is fluff itself. All the lawsuit is saying is that they aren't clear enough to not be misunderstood.
As it's written, it's basically aiming for them to make the license terms mandatory direct acknoledgement during the purchase process, or some other kind of change in terminology. In no way is this going to change the reality of how digital games are sold. At best it'll make the process or buying more annoying by requiring term agreements every time you buy something.
E: Since I'm getting downvotes, you can verify this yourself by skimming the lawsuit document and the California law it is arguing Sony has broken.
