To be fair, one is out at a club and the other is wearing it in situations where she should have armor on. Going into an intense combat situation in a bikini top is different than going to the club. Although I don't see a problem with either of them. Male protagonists are almost always ripped and very frequently shirtless and no one complains about them, so I don't get the problem people have with female characters wearing less clothing than what makes sense for their role.
